Professional Maternity Photoshoot with Maddie and Matt
Maddie and Matt are due to welcome their new Bub, but before they do that they decided to capture their journey and celebrate their growing family with a professional maternity photoshoot.
After some recent rain, we decided to head to a local waterfall. Both Maddie and Matt love bushwalking and enjoying the great outdoors. It made perfect sense to capture Maddie’s pregnancy out in the bush, at this stunning rainforest location. Maddie was a legend, she did a great job gracefully climbing all the rocks and ledges, changing outfits multiple times, even out at the waterfall! Matt did his part to hilariously pose for the lighting test shots and help Maddie up/ down/ around/ over all the obstacles on the way!

Maddie and Matt already have a beautiful fur baby, Nala. We wanted to be sure to include Nala as a family member, so we took advantage of the comfort and convenience of a second, indoor location – their home! We included a mix of mobile studio portraits and a few in-home documentary style portraits. Nala isn’t too sure about her change in status, however on the day of the photoshoot, she was running the show, making sure she was included!
