Tell us about your business… what do you do?
We are dieticians and body composition specialists. We look at your medical conditions, your nutrition and exercise habits to create a nutrition program for you.
What makes your business special/ unique?
We use the Inbody 570 which shows your muscle mass, body fat, visceral fat and your metabolic rate. With all of this information, we create personally tailored meal plans. We are not the food police! We are non-judgemental, we are passionate about personalising our approach to helping you achieve your goals. Everyone is unique and you deserve so much more than generic meal plans and advice.

I LOVE what I do! I am fascinated by the human body, how it works, how food is digested and processed in the body, how one small change can make such a big difference!
Why did you choose to do what you do?
Food and nutrition has always interested me, but my initially my interest stemmed from watching a tv show on anorexia. I didn’t understand how someone could look like a skeleton and still think they were overweight. I knew I needed to understand this and help people.
When did you know you wanted to go into this business?
When I was 13! I’ve loved food, nutrition, health and medical conditions forever!
What are you passionate about outside of your business?
My family, my dog, sunshine and holidays! I’m a huge believer in treating your mind and body to a bit of relaxation, it’s good for the soul!
