How The Headshot Day Works
Step 1: Book Your Session
Choose the session that suits what you need, whether that’s a simple professional headshot, content for your business, or photos and video to help you show up online.
Once you’ve booked, I’ll send through everything you need to know to feel prepared.
Step 2: Photoshoot
Come as you are.
I’ll guide you through the whole process, from posing and expressions to helping you feel comfortable in front of the camera.
You don’t need to know what to do. That’s my job.
Step 3: Choose Favourites
After your session, I’ll carefully select and edit your images so you receive photos that feel like you: confident, professional and authentic.
You’ll receive your gallery and choose the images that best represent you and your business.
Step 4: Share
Update your LinkedIn, website, socials or wherever people meet you online.
Your headshot is often the first introduction someone has to you.

How does the Video work?
When you book your session, I’ll send you a questionnaire to learn more about you and your business. From your answers I’ll create a script and send it to you prior to the Headshot Day so you can practice it ahead of time. On the day, I will film you in addition to capturing the photos. You’ll receive a video introducing yourself and your business! Video inclusions:
- 15-30 second introduction video including you speaking to camera
- 1-3 Video shots of you walking, or showing us one of your products/ pieces of equipment
- Scripted voiceover text based on your questionnaire
- Video is captured in landscape orientation, so you can add it to your website, with space to crop it for reels.
Not included: Music or other audio, Captions, On screen text

Headshot Days run on a tight schedule with a limited number of sessions available. Once the spots are filled, the next Headshot Day may be several months away.
